We design and manufacture technical plastic fuel tanks (made of HDPE) for shipyards, yacht builders, and refit companies, starting from 250 liters. The fuel tanks for vessels can be produced with millimeter precision based on your model or drawing, with fittings placed exactly where you need them.

 

HDPE diesel tank for the maritime sector

The fuel tanks are available with technical plastic fittings (threaded sockets or flanges), slosh baffles, and inspection hatches. Certification according to ISO 9001 and DVS welding ensures quality. Our solutions are known for their long lifespan.

  • Welded according to German DVS standards (certificate available).

  • Made from UV-resistant 100% HDPE sheet material (high-density polyethylene).

  • Lightweight due to the material's low specific gravity of 0.95 g/cm³.

  • Tested for leak tightness.
